Lynne M. Ellis, M.D., F.A.A.P

Dr. Ellis has been a pediatrician since 1987, and started her own practice in 1990.  It has grown steadily since that time.  She completed her pediatric residency through the University of South Florida at All Children's Hospital.  She graduated from  Rush Medical College, of Rush University, in Chicago.  Prior to attending medical school, Dr. Ellis obtained a B.S. from the University of Illinois College of Pharmacy, and practiced pharmacy for two years.  Dr. Ellis has three sons, one of them pursuing M.D. degree and one a Ph.D candidate in computer science.  Dr. Ellis plays the saxophone in many local groups of varying musical styles.  She and her husband, Michael, enjoy traveling and motorcycling.

Dr. Ellis is Board Certified in pediatrics


Lisa Petitfils, M.D., F.A.A.P.

Dr. Lisa  has been with the practice since completing her pediatric residency in 2001.  A native of New Orleans, she made her home in St Petersburg while receiving her residency training through University of South Florida at Tampa General and All Children's Hospitals.  She graduated from Louisiana State University Medical Center in 1998.  Her masters and undergraduate degrees were in biology from University of New Orleans which she attended in the 1980's.  She taught biology at the high school and university levels for 10 years before entering medical school.  Lisa is an avid bird watcher, plays softball and pickle ball, and enjoys spending time with her family and friends including her rescued Labrador Retrievers.

Dr. Petitfils is Board Certified in pediatrics.


Ann B. Fine, M.S., A.R.N.P.

Ann completed her masters of science in nursing, achieving her advanced registered nurse practitioner from USF in 1993.  She joined the practice in October, 1993. After moving here from Oswego, New York, in 1985, she worked her way through school by working in medical offices.  She received her RN from St. Petersburg College and obtained a BS in nursing from USF.   She has worked as a clinical nurse specialist at All Childrens Hospital, teaching staff, and as charge nurse. She has two children who attend Canterbury High and Osceloa High Fundamental School. She enjoys spending time with her children, bicycling and fitness.




Jennifer Gerstner, A.R.N.P



Jennifer joined the practice in January 2014. She is a Florida Native and a graduate Dixie Hollins High School. She is a previous patient of Dr. Ellis's and also worked as a medical assistant for the office while pursuing her nursing degree at University of Tampa. Jennifer is married to her high school sweetheart Robert, a firefighter/paramedic for Pasco County Fire and Rescue. They live in Trinity with their 1 1/2yr old son Robbie and two cats.

Janice and Gabbie-Office Manager  

Janice Skinner has been with the office 2001. She and her husband Tim have a daughter Ellie born in 2011. They enjoy boating and biking.

Gabbie-(Office Manager) she originally started with us in 2003. She left us to enjoy a few winters in Maryland and moved back to sunny Florida in 2014. She loves to rescue dogs.

Tina Ross has been part of the office since her children started going here. She has worked for Dr. Ellis since 2005. She has three children and loves her dog Bandit. Tina is a die hard Cubs fan.

David joined our office in 2012. He was born and raised in St. Petersburg.  He graduated from Dixie Hollins High School.  In his spare time he loves to fish and enjoys watching baseball.  Go Rays!  





Billing Office

Mike Ellis and Susan Bingham 


Susan has now retired but,continues to help when needed or vacations. She has been here since 1996.  She is from Wisconsin and has lived in Florida since 1982.  Susan and her husband Keith have two daughter, Lauren and Emily. She enjoys gardening, biking, and playing the flute in church and local community groups.

Mike joined the staff after retiring as a chiropractor.  He works in the back office, shops for supplies, and does all around helping out. He graduated from Boca Ciega HS, and has degrees from USF and FIU.  He obtained his DC from National College of Chiropractic in Illinois, now known as National University of Health Sciences.
